Aptamil Comfort 2 Infant Formula for colic & constipation is a milk formula based on cow’s milk designed such that completely meets the nutritional requirements of infants also helps in dietary management of colic and constipation. Aptamil Comfort 2 Milk Formula contains patented prebiotic blend of scGOS/lcFOS (9:1), reduced lactose, partially hydrolyzed protein and a fat blend with beta-palmitate to help ease digestive discomfort and promote softer stools. Partially hydrolyzed whey protein for easy digestion, prebiotic oligosaccharides (short chain Galacto-oligosaccharides and long chain Fructo-oligosaccharides (scGOS:lcFOS) (9:1) supports a healthy gut microbiota and reduced lactose to help reduce flatulence and abdominal discomfort and it also contains starch to thicken the formula. Nutricia’s extensive experience in early life nutrition, backed by decades of research, adds credibility to the product’s claims of being tailored to meet baby’s nutritional requirements. HOW TO USE

  • To prepare: Wash hands and sterilize all utensils. Boil freshly run water. Leave to cool in kettle for 30 mins to approx. 40°C. Measure the required amount of water (refer to feeding guide) into a sterilized bottle. Do not use water boiled more than once. Always use the scoop provided. Level off the powder with the built-in leveler. Do not press extra powder into the scoop. Add the correct measure of powder to the water. Adding too many or too few scoops can be harmful to your baby. Cap the bottle and shake immediately vertically and vigorously for 10 seconds to dissolve powder. Remove seal and replace it with sterilized teat. Check the temperature on your wrist before feeding (37°C)
  • IMPORTANT: Breastfeeding is best for babies and a healthy diet / maternal nutrition is important when breastfeeding. A decision not to Breastfeed can be difficult to reverse. Infant formula is suitable from birth when babies are not breastfed. It is recommended that all formula milks be used on the advice of a doctor. All preparation and feeding instructions should be followed carefully as inappropriate preparation could lead to health hazards
  • Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry place; do not refrigerate, and use contents within four weeks of opening. For hygiene reasons, do not store made up feeds, discard unfinished feeds as soon as possible, and always within 2 hours.
